If you supply us with

number or postal address
by completing a form or
through correspondence
with us, we guarantee
that information will
remain with us and not
be distributed to a
third-party.
However, you should be
aware that when you
voluntarily disclose
personal information
(e.g. your personal
name, user name, e-mail
address) on our public
message board area, we
cannot prevent that
information from
possibly being used by
others, which may result
in unsolicited messages
from other message board
users.
We recommend that you
review this Privacy
Policy periodically, as
we may update it from
time to time.
Our Return Policy
You have 30 days to
return your merchandise,
other than books or
magazines, for a refund
or exchange. Return
products in original
condition, which means
no worn or washed
clothing or hats. We'd
appreciate it if you
could include a note
saying why you are
returning your order so
we can improve our
products and services.
But no explanation is
necessary. Any reason
that's good enough for
you is good enough for
us.
Books may only be
returned if damaged
during delivery and may
only be returned for
replacement if we are
contacted by telephone
(780-413-0331) within 10
days of delivery.
Magazine Back Issues can
not be returned for
refund, including if
damage occurs through
your postal carrier.
Processing Time:
Please allow 2 weeks for
processing your return.
We do recommend that you
return products to us
insured. Canada Post
will insure your package
to guard against loss.
If something happens in
transit and the package
doesn't make it to us,
we can't give you a
refund.

Our Delivery Policy
We will dispatch your
order by post or
courier. Within Canada,
you can expect delivery
within 2 weeks or sooner
after purchase is made.
International orders may
take longer. Please
contact us at
780-413-0331 for postal
charges for
international orders.
